Basic Description: Willo is of medium stature standing at about 5’9” tall. She usually wears sneakers finding them more comfortable to do field work in. She will hear heels for special occasions. Her wavy brown hair falls just past her neck with several panic caused stray hairs sticking out.
Around her neck she wears a pendant, probably a gift from a family member. Being rather effeminate, she is frequently seen wearing a pink lace edged tank top. The slacks she wears are blue or light grey, rarely black. She is seldom seen without her standard-issue white lab coat.
Home Town: Born an only child Willo grew up in Violet City, in the Johto Region. She began her education at a young age attending the Pokemon Academy where she learned a lot about Pokemon and how to raise them. In between her studies, she would often visit the nearby Ruins of Alph which she found extremely fascinating.
Through the years she became intensely interested with Pokemon attacks, technical machines, and hidden machines. One day in class as they were covering Pokemon history she learned about Professor Oak. Ever since, she has been driven to study Pokemon even more, and to become a Pokemon professor. She spent days on end studying and preparing herself. When a job opportunity opened up in the Kanto Region, she eagerly accepted. She became even more ecstatic once she found out she would be taking on her hero's role, sending new people out to start their own Pokemon adventure!
Personality: Willo is a very compassionate person. She adores her job and still spends her off hours studying up on pokemon, doing more research. A bit forgetful at times, she is almost always dropping something or running into a wall. Constantly worrying about dropping things makes her a bit more frazzled, which in turn makes her even more absentminded.
